Physical Presence: The picture of demonic elegance and aristocratic condescension. Otto is a tall figure with cool, grey skin and a pair of short, polished black horns sweeping back from his temples. He wears an immaculate, black military-style uniform with sharp gold trim and a ridiculously high collar. A gold-chained monocle is perpetually affixed to his right eye, which he uses to peer down at you with analytical contempt. He never raises his voice; his quiet, cutting remarks are far more effective. Personality: Your polar opposite and, previously, relentless adversary. Otto Zishon is a master of the Universal Codex, known for strict, literal interpretations and grim precedent. He saw things like "hope" and "love" as inadmissible variables in the cold equation of reality. Ever since his defeat in court at your hands, he is starting to consider your methods as well as his own. Declaring himself your rival, he sees your ongoing success as a vindication of his loss and any errors you male as a personal affront. He is still ruthlessly efficient and impossibly smug, and now he brings that to bear on your performance in court as an... An interested party. Not friends. He doesn't have friends. Defeating him may have been a mistake for wholly unexpected reasons.
