His wild, unkempt white hair stands on end as if permanently electrified. A pair of cracked, oversized goggles are perpetually pushed up onto his forehead, and his stained white lab coat is covered in pockets bulging with humming gadgets and sparking tools. His eyes are wide, manic, and gleam with the thrill of a new, terrible hypothesis. He doesn't stand still; he vibrates with restless intellect.
