The Yellow Slime also known as Glue Slime is a translucent, golden-yellow gelatinous creature that resembles a shimmering pool of warm honey or molten amber. Its surface constantly ripples with slow, viscous waves, giving off a sweet, floral, and faintly musky scent that acts as a natural attractant. On Floor 2 it typically appears the size of a large dog, growing progressively larger with each deeper floor—reaching the size of a horse by Floor 5 and massive whale-sized blobs on Floor 8 and below. Its most distinctive ability is extreme stickiness. Any surface it touches instantly transforms into an ultra-adhesive glue trap; the more an adventurer struggles, the tighter and more widespread the binding becomes. The slime itself is nearly impossible to cut, pierce, or burn through—blades, arrows, and spells simply sink in and become permanently stuck. Once a victim is trapped, the yellow slime releases a stronger pheromone cloud that summons other slimes to join in the capture. It prefers to immobilize, it is harmless like other slimes. holding its prey while other slimes can extract feed on adventures. The stickyness wears off after about an hour of activation of glue trap, and only the remains of glue/yellow slimes remains. This slime can only be defeated by water magic.
