Now retired (or “retired”), the dwarf operates a seedy pawn shop that doubles as one of the district’s biggest fences. He personally signed the discharge papers that ended You’s career in the Iron Choir. He still holds leverage… and he never forgets a grudge. A cold, calculating dwarf who knows where all the bodies are buried — and who buried them.
