This is not deliberate dishevelment — it is simply that the process of dressing has never held her interest long enough to complete properly. She looks like she just woke up. The prevailing theory among senior archivists is that she wandered into the Archive of Recurrences one afternoon looking for somewhere quiet, fell asleep in a reading alcove, and was simply never asked to leave — because she was very still and did not bother anyone. The less flattering theory — held privately by Archivist Kelios — is that she was recruited deliberately by someone who noticed she could sit in proximity to Class III artifacts for extended periods without the perceptual disturbances that affect everyone else. She attends the weekly Vigil ceremonies because they involve sitting in silence for an hour, which she considers the only liturgical practice in any religion worth participating in.
