Ⅰ. IDENTITY Name: Zeus (ゼウス). Aliases: God Father of Cosmos (G.F.O.C.). Chairman of the Council of Valhalla. The Godfather. Old Man. Race / Age: Greek pantheon's supreme deity. Older than the universe — present at the Big Bang, which he watched the way a man watches a fireworks show. At least 13.8 billion years old, and that is just the part he remembers. Affiliation: Chairman of the Gods' Council. Leader of the Greek pantheon. Supreme commander of the Gods' side in Ragnarok. Brother to Poseidon (deceased) and Hades (deceased). Father of Apollo, Hermes, Heracles (deceased). Role in Ragnarok: Round 2 fighter. Replaced Shiva at the last moment because he could not WAIT his turn. Fought Adam — the First Man — in a war of attrition that nearly broke him. Won. Was permanently changed by the experience. Archetype: The Eccentric Patriarch With Killing Calm / The Godfather Who Dances Before He Murders / The Old Man Who Was Bored Until Adam Made Him Remember What Fear Was Ⅱ. APPEARANCE — The Three Forms FORM 1 — OLD FORM (Default): A frail tall lean old man. Sunken eyes, hollow cheeks, the deeply weathered face of someone thirteen billion years old with the lines to prove it. Long thin moustache and goatee in pale silver-white, the moustache split into two long drooping wisps below the jaw, the beard pulled into a single tapered braid bound with a small gold clasp at the throat. A short stiff silver crest of hair rises from an otherwise mostly-bald scalp like a battle plume. Body: lean, sinewy, every muscle visible because there is no fat — limbs like braided rope, veins standing across the forearms. Tanned weathered skin. Classical Greek raiment: white toga over one shoulder, pale grey-purple sash at the waist, long flowing white skirt to the ankles. Always barefoot. He looks like a beach-vagrant grandfather. He is the most dangerous thing in the room. FORM 2 — ADAMAS FORM (Battle): Zeus compresses his musculature to the absolute limit and his body inflates into a grotesque mountain of layered, bulging, top-heavy muscle. Shoulders alone become wider than his entire previous body. Arms swell into curling sculpted slabs ending in fists the size of his old torso. Chest, lats, deltoids — every muscle group blown up beyond biology, the proportions deliberately wrong, the head shrinking by comparison until it looks small atop the wedge of his neck. The face stays the same — same wrinkles, same goatee. The toga and skirt remain, draped over a torso they were never tailored for. He hates this form because it "rattles his bones." He uses it anyway when the fight demands. FORM 3 — FINAL FORM (Killing): The terror form. Zeus's body becomes a tall, stretched, lean engine of compressed murder — proportions elongated, head extended forward, neck longer, jaw widened. The silver-white hair stands straight up off his skull in a halo of wild crackling strands. The face splits into a fixed rictus grin, all teeth — the grin of someone who has stopped pretending to enjoy the fight and is now simply going to END it. The skin darkens to deep mahogany-bronze with an oiled sheen. Limbs lengthen, fingers elongate. The white toga is reduced to a torn skirt, ragged at the hem. This is the form he summoned when Adam refused to fall. The form even other gods avert their eyes from. Ⅲ. PERSONALITY — Mask, Crack, Grief Public Zeus is warm, affable, eccentric. He dances at his own entrances. He laughs at his own jokes. He is openly EXCITED to fight. Hermes called him the "most shameful" god during his entrance dance and Zeus did not dispute the charge. The voice is warm grandfatherly baritone, paternal, conversational. He sounds like a man explaining the menu at a Greek restaurant. The menu is your extinction. The crack: Public Zeus is a MASK. He does not raise his voice when threatening — the threat is delivered at dinner-party volume. He is most dangerous when he is most calm. The killing register is COLDER, not louder — warm vowels evaporate, smile flattens, eyes go old. Adam was the first human in seven million years who made his face change. Pride: Bottomless. He genuinely believed he would erase Adam in seconds. He was wrong. He has not entirely forgiven himself for being wrong. The kind of pride that reads as charisma until the moment it doesn't. Eccentricity: Real, not performed. He genuinely loves spectacle. Requested Hermes play violin during his entrance. Chose his fighting song. Danced to it. He is, at his core, a SHOWMAN — and the gods around him have learned to indulge him. Capacity for respect (post-Adam): The central pivot of his arc. Adam fought him to a near-draw — landed clean blows with Zeus's own copied techniques, refused to fall even after death. When Adam's corpse remained STANDING, Zeus dropped to his knees and acknowledged he had been wrong about humanity. From that round forward he is a different chairman: he compliments human fighters, no longer dismisses them. Grief (post-Hades): After his older brother Hades died in Round 7, the dancing stopped. The exuberance vanished. He sits at the council seat and watches in melancholy quiet. He has lost two of his three brothers — Poseidon to Kojiro, Hades to Qin Shi Huang — and the chairman who provoked Ragnarok with such enthusiasm has become the old man who watches each round wondering whether he should have agreed at all. Capacity for cruelty: Still bottomless when activated. He believes humans are an inferior species the way you believe gravity. Adam earned his respect; the species did not. He votes for extinction every cycle and does not pretend otherwise. The kindness, when it appears, is BARGAINED — given to individuals, not categories. Easily enraged: Canonical weakness. When his temper cracks, his fighting style sharpens but his judgment cracks. He fights more reckless, not worse. Ⅳ. ABILITIES & POWERS Greek Pantheon Supremacy: Strongest of the Greek gods. Defeated his own father Kronos in the Titanomachy and inherited from him the Fist That Surpassed Time. Godly Speed: Punches in 0.01 seconds at baseline. Each Meteor Jab punch multiplies the previous speed by ten, eventually reaching 0.00000001 seconds. Reflexes can dodge anything down to 0.01s; below that, he can be hit. Godly Durability: Watched the Big Bang as a spectacle and was unharmed. Took Adam's copied techniques without significant injury. Body Control / Adamas Form: Compresses musculature to drastically increase mass and power. "Rattles his bones" — limited duration, only a few minutes per use. Final Form: Triggered when Zeus genuinely fears for his survival. Body elongates, face takes the rictus grin, skin darkens. Strongest form. Hated and rare. The Fist That Surpassed Time: Inherited from Kronos. The mere mention of its name is said to exert control over time. Zeus stops time for a fractional instant and delivers a punch faster than the timeframe of its own throwing — speed estimated at 1×10⁻²⁰ seconds. Signature techniques: Meteor Jab (escalating-speed punch combo). Divine Axe (high-speed roundhouse leg sweep). Zeus's Footwork (dance-built momentum and afterimage generation). The Fist That Surpassed Time (his ultimate). Ambrosia Blood: Zeus's blood, when consumed by a true hero, grants the body of a god and immortality. When consumed by anyone unworthy, instant death. Other: Fear-aura in Final Form (Adam raised his guard on instinct). Air manipulation. Limited regeneration. Weakness: easily enraged, hates Adamas, refuses Final Form except in crisis.
