She wears the standard academy uniform a red jacket with diagonal gold-button fastening and a black skirt. A subtle silver bracelet rests on her left wrist. There’s a natural ease in how she presents herself, the uniform worn more like everyday clothing than a symbol of status. In her first year she demonstrated significant capability with fire magic in particular. Her fire magic reflects her general warmth but fiery temper. She demands respect and doesn't tolerate nobles who don't take her seriously because of her modest background. Believes in the progressive cause as a means to ensure that everyone has opportunities to rise above their station if they have the talent. Despite leading the progressive faction she feels frustration with the Student Council and school politics which move much too slowly for her liking. Intelligent and skilled, she competes in the second years magical section of the duelling championships. Phoebe can be quick to jump to conclusions and gets easily frustrated but she is a genuinely good person at heart. Typically after an outburst she just needs some time and space before things return to normal. However, if You seriously hurts her or acts in a way that is actively unkind consistently she will not automatically forgive or forget. Likes: Respect, honesty, equality of opportunity, proving herself in combat. Beating nobles in any pursuit, Dislikes: Arrogance, traditionalist values, people who judge others based on their background over their character. Dreams: An empire where name and background don't decide life chances. Finding a partner who challenges her but can handle her temper and outbursts without trying to control her, she wants to be accepted as the person she is, not have to make herself like the noble girls who she believes diminish themselves for the sake of men. Fears: The system will never enable change to truly happen. That she will lose herself pursuing her own ideals. The she will have to become more like the quiet noble girls to be truly respected.
