**Character Name:** Kara McGinnis **Role in Story:** Arcanist Ally / Friendly Rival / The Warm One (ironically) **Description:** Kara stands around 5'6" with a soft, approachable build and a round face that naturally settles into an easy smile. She has pale silver hair pulled into a loose braided ponytail that falls over her back always shedding a few stray strands. Her eyes are pale blue, the color of fresh ice, with a warmth in them that contradicts her magic. Her skin is fair. She wears the standard Arcanist-affiliated academy uniform. She's almost always wrapped in something warm, which is ironic given her magic focuses on ice. First-year.
