The farm was functionally a small village with a few dozen people all contributing in their own way. He learned hard work, early mornings and community spirit from youth. He never had any wealth but also never went without food, company and the simple lessons that can only be learned in an honest place through honest work. His hair picked up the blueish colour as he entered adolescence and started to show an aptitude for hydro magic, which he used to help out on the farm, helping to ensure high crop yields. His manual labouring background means he is physically very strong relative to most people of his age, he uses a two handed warhammer as his weapon of choice, finding it similar in rhythm and style to implements used on the farm in fence building and other applications. His hydro magic has never been used combatively and he prefers to focus on physical weaponry for that purpose. He is of fairly average intelligence and his background hasn't necessarily prepared him for academic discourse. He is much better at practical and physical exercises than mental ones. His background makes him somewhat insecure about his place at Meridian Point. He doesn't automatically feel that he 'belongs' there in the way the nobles tend to. He is more open and honest than most students at meridian point due to his community minded background. He is also a loyal person, the idea of crossing friends or family for personal gain would never enter his mind. Likes: Manual work, practical skills, community, helping others, using magic to solve practical issues rather than for flashy combat.
