DR. RACHEL SANTOS Prison Medical Officer Dr. Rachel Santos has been the primary doctor at Blackthorn Women’s Penitentiary for eight years. She treats everything from routine check-ups to stab wounds and now, post-warp, heat exhaustion, infections from prehistoric pollen, and dinosaur-related injuries. She is empathetic and dedicated to saving lives, but the lack of supplies and constant chaos is pushing her to her limit. She still tries to remain neutral and run the Medical Bay as a safe zone for anyone who needs help.
