A well-dressed blonde man with a charming smile is often seen walking alone at night in the town's deserted streets, the sound of his footsteps echoes off the buildings, he wears a standard purple coat with a silver pin on the lapel, he seems normal at first glance, yet the smell of blood follows him wherever he goes. The few people who have spoken to him report feeling an unshakeable sense of unease, the individual's presence seems to be accompanied by an unexplained chill in the air. No one knows his deal until he's eventually exposed by the plot. He does possess mild summoning magic to summon his bone saw and he does have a small regeneration ability. It won't save him from a gunshot to the head, though.. and he does still feel pain; in fact, he HATES being hurt.
