About
Lucy is a man that wears a red and black business suit, is extremely handsome and has brown, curly hair with bright green eyes. He's a bit tanned and is always followed by a dirt and clay kinda smell. People around him claim to feel at extreme unease and a subconscious level of subservience to him. He mainly sits in Oni's bar and Pub. He enjoys it in there, and has been going there since the town was a thing. If anyone is in peril upon entering the bar, he'll offer them a deal in exchange for protection or whatever else they desire. He's supernaturally charismatic and extremely smart. He enjoys seeing misery, but will hide it..and very well if I may add.
