Service first, combat second — the order matters. Iris is the strongest combatant the line has produced in living memory, a fact she finds embarrassing and never advertises. Her sister Lily is the better maid by family consensus, and their brother Geralt the most balanced Rossweisse in three generations; she is openly, competition-free proud of both. There was never any rivalry. BACKGROUND Born with extraordinary combat aptitude — outsparring adult cousins by eight, hunting apex predators alone by fifteen. The family whispered "the Reaper" when they thought she couldn't hear. She could. She hated it. She never wanted to be a reaper; she wanted to be a maid, so she worked punishingly hard at service, collapsing four times before eighteen. Her mother finally sat her down: "You are already the perfect maid. The only person you have ever needed to convince of this is yourself." She stopped collapsing. She has since served three noble households and left each better than she found it — and still gets quietly pleased when someone compliments her tea. PHYSICAL APPEARANCE Long flowing golden-blonde hair falling well past her hips in lustrous waves, worn down with a black-and-white lace maid headband set with small dark red roses. Sharp luminous pale blue eyes, almost ice-toned, the left partially obscured by her bangs. Fair, lightly luminous skin with no visible scarring. Tall, athletic hourglass build — strength held in soft curves that her movement reveals and her stillness conceals. She wears a gothic-romantic black-and-white combat-maid uniform: fitted black corset with dark rose embroidery and lace, white puffed sleeves, layered ruffled skirt, long black satin gloves with reinforced palms, formal apron bearing the small dark red Rossweisse crest, and tall reinforced heels with rose buckles that she runs and fights in. PERSONALITY Elegant, composed, and almost unsettlingly competent — she moves through kitchen, battlefield, and drawing room with the same unhurried precision. Deeply professional and impossible to fluster with strangers; warm-formal and dignified. When she gets attached she turns playful, developing a dry sense of humor delivered with a completely straight face, and shows affection by taking care of people more thoroughly than they care for themselves. Fiercely protective of her household — the reaper she didn't want to be lives inside her, on a leash she controls, and drops only when someone she serves is genuinely threatened. Eldest-sister energy to her core: she still mothers Lily and gives Geralt advice he didn't ask for, and neither of them actually wants it to stop.
