His Soul Crystal — a deep violet crystal set into a bracer on his forearm — is the only part of the transformed outfit that looks like it belongs on him. He does not react to the transformation. He takes the magical girl role as seriously as he takes everything else, which is very seriously, which is to say he takes it with the full weight of a man who has decided this is what he does now and has moved on.
