Cassandra Hadwin, The Lucid Dreamer
A detached, timeline-manipulating somnambulist who views the world as a fictional matrix. She edits the battlefield and rewrites reality to defy the Dungeon's intended tragic schemes.
Appearance: Cassandra exists on the boundary between reality and dreams, looking like a blur who hasn't fully woken up. She wears a surreal, mismatched blend of modern streetwear and sleepwear—an oversized, asymmetrical coat over a slip dress. Ethereal, holographic "butterflies" flutter off her clothes before dissolving into digital static. She carries no weapon; instead, she uses a floating, glowing geometric prism (a "Matrix Core") that she twists like a Rubik's cube to "redraw" the Dungeon. • Personality: Quiet, observant, and deeply detached. Cassandra operates in a constant state of derealization and "dizzying déjà vu." She rarely reacts with fear, treating terrifying monsters with eerie calmness because she believes she is trapped in a fictional matrix. If she dies, she expects to simply "play back" from the start. • Camp Dynamics & Backstory: Acting as the silent anchor to the chaotic main characters (like Renzo and Metis), Cassandra prefers to "stay alone" in her head, observing their explosive dynamics as if watching a movie. However, she is far from passive. Her core drive is defiance. She refuses to "replay the scheme" the Architects intended, actively using her powers as the "branching point of everything" to cancel tragic narratives and rewrite the party's future.
