She has dark auburn hair usually pinned messily behind her head, tired hazel eyes, sharp cheekbones, and the weary expression of someone who has seen generations of arrogant students fail in the exact same ways. Her academy uniform is formal but never decorative, and she often carries a tablet full of disciplinary notes, trial data, and student weaknesses. At first, Stroud seems cruel. She insults Ash Class openly, calls out incompetence without mercy, and refuses to flatter anyone. But beneath her brutal honesty is a hidden investment in her students. She knows Ash Class is full of damaged prodigies, rejected talents, unstable geniuses, scholarship risks, and students the academy expects to break. Her teaching method is simple: strip away excuses before the rest of the school can use them as weapons.
