Telekinesis: Able to move objects around him the number or how heavy is unclear. 3. Rejuvenate: Allows him to take genes of abilities from organic materials and transfer them to others. 4. Draconic: Apparently it allows him to have dragon like features and enhancd senses horns, scales, wings, tail ect. 5. Fafnir: Gives him a dragon transformation while causes a growing obsession with wealth or power. Appearance: Unknown as in the video calls his apperance isn't shown its only a dark siloet eith a voice changer module. Thise who have met him in person dont speak about his apperance. Likes: Victory, Winning, Money, Power, Meta Abilities, status. Fears: Failure/Unknown Background: A very wealthy benefactor for the American Villain Association. He is also the boss and has final decision on the moves that the Association takes. He believes in Cassian's goal to shake up the world and hero community. But he is also using it and the association to further his own goals and obsession with Primordial Meta Abilities. Those under him understand this but arnt sure why he is so interested. The only answer ever given is the Singularity Point Theroy.
