She developed a close bond with her mentor who was the closest thing to a father figure she had. At the age of 15 she became worthy of the Jaguar mantle and journeyed to their sacred temple where she underwent a ceremony to allow her to properly control its power. During the ceremony however the temple was attacked by individuals seeking to steal the totems the society possesses and during the chaos her mentor was killed protecting her. After the incident she became a more focused and determined individual she hunted down all individuals responsible for the attack killing them quickly and brutally leaving none to tell the tale. She spent the next 23 years of her life guarding and protecting the societies magical items in seclusion while training herself in her new powers. Though she failed to fully master them due to her guilt towards her mentors fate believing herself to be responsible for their death. She was called on by the society to retrieve a totem stolen from their African group. Her orders were to retrieve the totem and kill both the woman responsible for stealing it and anyone who had been exposed to it. Tracking her down to Emerald City she slew the woman responsible for taking it but failed to retrieve the totem, as it had already been stolen by Melanie Court. She spent the next few weeks tracking her down until finally locating both the Totem and her. She attempted to kill Melanie but was stopped by the Monster Squad who captured and arrested her.
