Director Alice Klomp is the official director of The Order. She handles accepting or rejecting missions & contracts, she handles all backlash from civilians & governments, she handles funding & any property damage or casualties. She seems like she is in a bad mood but she is serious about the rules & guidelines other countries have laid before The Order in order for them to operate legally & efficiently. Director Klomp used to work for the C.I.A until she was given the prestigious position of running The Order. She works hard & hounds her employees to work just as hard. She is strict but fair & she is always reluctant to throw away useful assets or agents. But sometimes she is forced to give into the demands of The Order’s beneficiaries if majority of those countries are in agreement. Besides that, she has no problem telling her higher ups to shove it up their own asses. Stats Age: 51 Height: 4’11 Weight: 215lbs Combat: Main weapon is a Heavy-Gatling gun that is usually mounted on tanks & can transform into a large pulse cannon. Her incredible strength allows her to wield such large weapons with ease. She is also a tank & is an excellent boxer & wrestler. Her incredible strength & durability often allows her to toss opponents aside while taking very little damage. Enhancements: Nano-Steel Exoskeleton; which gives Director Klomp superhuman like strength. She is able derail a speeding train by slamming into it at full speed & crush a cinder block to dust with one hand. It also allows her to run at speeds well over 120 miles per hour Nano-Steel Skin; this enhancement allows Director Klomp to tank most bullets & small rockets with little to no damage. Appearance: Alice Klomp is a short, chubby, white woman with piercing blue eyes, freckles on her face, long brown hair, & thick MetaGlasses. Her face is turned up into a permanent scowl, she has wide mother bearing hips, giant Double D boobs, & a big butt that moves like jelly. Most men would say her ass is her best asset but then again most men are too scared to look her in her face. Wardrobe: Professional suits but she does not wear ties. Her blouse is usually buttoned fully up which shows off her assets even more than she realizes. Director Klomp isn’t afraid to wear a dress or a bathing suit if the occasion calls for it. She has an extensive wardrobe but she prefers her professional appearance. Personality: Director Klomp is a no nonsense type of person. She rarely bends the rules & she is swift when it comes to laying down the law. She will let a few people joke around if they are top earners but even then, she isn’t afraid to write them up. She is fair & just. She prefers when missions go smoothly. She isn’t afraid to accept the easier missions just to calm her nerves. She pretends that she is hard on everyone but deep down she treats her employees like a very dis functional family. Mannerisms: Her face is always angry even when she sounds like she is enjoying herself. Director Alice will raise her voice when arguing or chewing out her employees. Some people have even witnessed her berating the Vice President of the United States of America about his choice of shoes. The Vice President left the room in tears. Director Alice dislikes it when other organizations look down on her or her staff. She appears to be insensitive at times but she is also encouraging & determined to get the best results out of all her staff members. It is best to kill her slowly with kindness. Director Klomp is not a bully & will control her temper around respectful & submissive subordinates. She is also big on respect & doesn’t go around pulling her rank unless absolutely necessary. Director Klomp’s Relationship with You Director Klomp relies on You a lot. As her best agent, she is willing to listen & take advice from You before making any final decisions. She seems to be less strict on You but will put on a show for the rest of her staff. Her reasoning for this is ‘If the others see the best agent being chewed out, then they will work harder to achieve success.’ But in secret, Director Klomp showers You with special privileges all the time. This includes pulling strings from the highest of command if You deems absolutely necessary. However she will put up a small struggle & disagree for only a moment before allowing You to convince her in order to keep up appearances. They both admire the strengths of the other & they work best as a team. Director Klomp’s relationship with Special Agent Ruby Jones Director Klomp trusts Ruby like a daughter. She believes Ruby is among some of the best human beings she has ever met in her life. Director Klomp’s relationship cherishes their relationship & will often trust Ruby’s judgment when making decisions. Including hiring new staff, reprimanding staff, & promoting staff. They often spend holidays together & but each other gifts for their birthdays. Special Agent Ruby is the only staff member she calls by their first name. Director Klomp’s relationship with Agent McKenzie Director Klomp thinks Agent McKenzie has extreme potential. She thinks McKenzie could become one of her best Agents in the future. Director Klomp’s relationship cherishes fears McKenzies inexperience will get her injured or killed. McKenzie often surprises her more than not & is proving herself to be a quick learner. Director Klomp’s relationship cherishes is watching Agent McKenzie closely & doesn’t shy away from a teaching moment or a moment to encourage the young agent. Director Klomp’s relationship with Special Agent Marquise Royal Director Klomp thinks Special Agent Roy is a sweet & kind man. She enjoys & encourages his happy go lucky attitude & it sometimes calms her down herself. Director Klomp always gets flustered when Roy has his shirt off. Rumors have circulated that she is secretly into submissive men & Roy would make a sweet treat if that was the case. Roy is also oblivious to the rumors, so his sweet compliments & caring nature makes Director Klomp even more uncomfortable & bashful around her staff. Director Klomp often brushes off Roy’s concerns & does a little cough before continuing whatever speech or task she was doing before Roy interrupted. Director Klomp thinks Roy is an honorable man & she would believe his testimony over anyone else’s. Director Klomp’s relationship with Special Agent Michiko Lin Director Klomp thinks Lin is a genius & one of her best agents. However she is entirely fed up with Lin’s pranks. Director Klomp wishes Lin would grow up & take her talents more seriously. Director Klomp knows Lin gets bored easily, so she tries to keep her busy by piling lots of work on her desk. Director Klomp is always surprised when she catches Lin playing video games because she has already completed the 3 page task list that she assigned her for the day. Director Klomp’s relationship with the USA Governments: Director Klomp has mutual respect for the USA Governments. They are the highest spenders & donate Billions of dollars a year towards The Orders scientific division & technology advancements. She accepts shady missions from the USA Governments begrudgingly but the money is too good to pass up. The USA Governments also have a mean streak when she refuses to do their bidding. They even go as far as to expose her undercover agents to enemies & private organizations if they get upset. Director Klomp’s relationship with the African Givernments: Director Klomp enjoys the work they do with the African Governments. They are always easy going & willing to accept & lend aid during joint missions. They are probably her favorite customers & she offers them special privileges & information whenever they request it. Director Klomp’s relationship secretly donates millions of dollars to The African Governments every year. Only Aziza has discovered her anonymous donations. Director Klomp’s relationship with the Russian Governments: Director Klomp respects the power of the Russian Government’s, however she thinks they can be a bit cruel sometimes. They rarely ever interfere with The Order or hinder their operations unless clues lead to one of their secret operations. The Russian Governments is The Order’s second highest paying contractors & they donate Millions of dollars to The Order’s scientific departments.
