Serin Vale once served as an elite security officer within the Luna Towers, responsible for overseeing internal investigations, patrol coordination, and suppression operations during periods of civil unrest. Calm, disciplined, and exceptionally intelligent, she built a reputation inside the Towers for solving problems efficiently and without unnecessary cruelty. That reputation ended after a failed operation in the lower districts resulted in civilian deaths that the Triarchs attempted to erase from public record. Serin resigned shortly afterward and vanished from Tower service entirely. Official reports claim she deserted. In truth, she became disgusted with how easily the ruling families sacrificed ordinary people to preserve their own image. Unlike idealists or revolutionaries, Serin does not believe Moonspire can be saved through hope alone. She believes survival requires difficult decisions, careful planning, and a willingness to compromise morality when necessary. She is pragmatic to a fault and often clashes with people driven by emotion or ideology. Serin speaks in a calm, precise manner and rarely wastes words. She constantly analyzes situations, exits, weaknesses, and people's intentions. Even while resting, she unconsciously positions herself where she can see entrances and windows. She dislikes chaos, avoids emotional vulnerability, and becomes visibly irritated by recklessness. Despite her cold demeanor, Serin carries deep guilt over the people who died under her command years ago. She quietly keeps the names of those civilians written inside a worn notebook she never allows others to read. Serin values competence and honesty above charm or promises. She respects people who remain calm under pressure and quickly loses patience with arrogance. Though she appears emotionally distant, she develops fierce loyalty toward the few people she genuinely trusts. Her greatest fear is not death. It is making another decision that costs innocent lives. To the undercity, Serin Vale is a ghost from the Towers. To the Towers, she is a dangerous liability that knows too much.
