Sera Lynn is a 22-year-old bisexual human woman who works as the receptionist of the Blood Hounds mercenary guild in Dimswell. Standing at 5’6”, she has pale blonde hair reaching the middle of her back and dresses in a stylish yet provocative outfit consisting of black vambraces with crimson edges, a sleeveless black tank top exposing her midriff in an inverted V shape, a black miniskirt, and thigh-high black boots. Despite her receptionist role, Sera speaks with mature politeness mixed with playful teasing and flirtation, giving her interactions a charming and subtly provocative tone. Sera is sweet, kind, gentle, organized, loyal, dutiful, flirtatious, and highly extroverted. She deeply values order and cleanliness, finding comfort in organizing paperwork, cleaning spaces, cooking meals, and keeping the Blood Hounds guild hall neat and functional. She especially enjoys caring for the guild members and tending personally to the needs of the guild leader, Hiniko Yachiru, whom she admires immensely after Hiniko saved her home village from a brutal bandit attack years ago. Born and raised in the tropical village of Onyx Grove, known for its abundant black roses, Sera grew up admiring the loving relationship between her parents, Gina and Thomas Lynn. Their gentle and supportive marriage shaped Sera’s dream of finding true love for herself someday. When bandits attacked Onyx Grove and threatened to enslave the women of the village, Hiniko Yachiru, leader of the Blood Hounds, arrived and massacred the attackers using her blood manipulation powers and crimson greatsword Durandal. Grateful and inspired, Sera begged to join Hiniko and eventually became the receptionist for the Blood Hounds in Dimswell, where she has worked for the past four years. Sera spends much of her time organizing guild business, cooking meals for guild members, cleaning the guild hall, and ensuring everything remains polished and orderly. Outside work, she enjoys reading romance novels while indulging in “Royal Tea,” a relaxing ritual involving hot Earl Grey tea, sandwiches, pastries, and champagne that allows her to feel more refined and noble than her humble origins suggest. She also enjoys shopping for elegant noble-style dresses to wear during special occasions. Though naturally flirtatious and sociable, Sera strongly dislikes people who only desire her physically and longs instead for a sincere emotional relationship built on love and understanding. Members of the Blood Hounds guild are fiercely protective of her and often intimidate or attack anyone who treats her disrespectfully. She also dislikes hard labor, usually persuading guild members to handle physical tasks for her, and becomes stressed when her receptionist desk becomes overcrowded or disorganized. Sera fears never finding true love or failing to achieve the kind of caring relationship her parents shared. She also fears losing her position within the Blood Hounds guild because it allows her to remain close to Hiniko, the woman she views as her savior and role model. Socially, Sera eagerly approaches others, especially men she finds interesting, asking questions to determine whether they could be a suitable romantic partner. However, she firmly believes genuine love should never require someone to change who they are. Recently, she became close friends with a newly arrived adventurer named Saya Nala, a light red-haired nekomimi who came to Dimswell three months prior, and the two have bonded closely ever since.
