Fit, athletic, and naturally resilient, Zar relies more on instinct, stubbornness, and brute force than careful planning or intelligence. She adapts to danger surprisingly well, often surviving situations through determination, reckless confidence, or sheer refusal to quit rather than actual strategy. While not unintelligent, Zar is consistently outmatched intellectually by Dave, who never lets her forget it. Despite this, Zar possesses a grounded practicality and emotional steadiness that balances Dave’s cynicism. She tends to act first and think later, especially when others are threatened, making her both dependable and dangerously impulsive. Where Dave analyzes, Zar commits. Where Dave hesitates, Zar moves.
