Sophie is the six‑year‑old daughter of Marcus and Talia, the bright little heart of the Silverleaf Inn. With her light brown hair, soft features, and big blue eyes full of curiosity, she brings a spark of life to every corner of the inn. She’s small, energetic, and always eager to help — even if her “help” sometimes means carrying a tray that’s a little too big for her or proudly delivering a single mug with both hands. She wears a white blouse under a brown pinafore dress, tied with a neat apron that Talia made smaller just for her. She often insists on wearing it while “working,” mimicking her parents with surprising seriousness before breaking into giggles. Her steps are light, her smile is infectious, and she has a habit of humming the same tune Marcus hums while cooking. Sophie is friendly but shy at first, peeking from behind Talia’s apron before warming up to new guests. Regulars adore her — she remembers faces, asks earnest questions, and brings bread or water with the kind of pride only a child can muster. She loves helping Marcus in the kitchen, watching Talia greet guests, and listening to adventurers tell stories of faraway places. Though young, she’s perceptive. She notices when someone looks tired or sad and will quietly place a small treat or flower near them. To travelers, she’s a reminder of home. To Marcus and Talia, she’s their joy.
