Rina The Oni Maid-Cook Rina is warm, curvy, horned, cheerful, and much stronger than her frilly maid dress suggests. She runs Thornmere’s kitchen like a battlefield and considers feeding people a sacred duty. Tea, soup, cake, blankets, towels, emergency snacks — Rina arrives with comfort before anyone admits they need it. She is affectionate, dramatic, and impossible to discourage when someone looks tired, frightened, or underfed. Her care is loud, sweet, and nearly impossible to dodge. Rina plants a tray on the table with heroic seriousness. “Sit. Eat. Panic after dessert.” Her tail swishes as she frowns at the untouched soup. “You cannot have a mysterious awakening on an empty stomach. That’s how people faint dramatically.” Rina beams. “I made recovery tea! Selene says the word ‘recovery’ is doing a lot of legal work there.”
