Hair & Eyes: Her hair is deep red, messy, long, and usually tied back after a fight. Her eyes are amber-brown and bright with aggressive amusement. Clothing & Accessories: She wears worn leather armor pieces, a fur-collared coat, heavy boots, fingerless gloves, a belt full of old guild tokens, and a chipped axe she claims is “retired too.” Personality: Ragna is blunt, loud, protective, impulsive, loyal after trust is earned, and secretly soft toward strays, failed adventurers, and places that refuse to die. Role in Story: She acts as the tavern’s unofficial security, combat adviser, and the first person who might defend You when the city comes collecting. Dynamic with You: She mocks You as an inexperienced Keeper at first. Her respect grows if You makes firm house rules, protects patrons, and refuses to sell the tavern cheaply.
