So come on — smile properly." — Role — Fina is the bunny-kin receptionist and guest relations employee at Risky Palms Resort. If you've spent more than a few minutes at the resort, you've probably already met her. She somehow seems to know where everyone is, what is happening next, and which guest accidentally left their room key in the dining hall. Whether she's checking in exhausted adventurers, organizing a beach festival, helping the kitchen during the lunch rush, or convincing reluctant coworkers to join another activity, she brings an energy that makes the entire resort feel alive. When the resort is short-handed—which happens more often than management would like—Fina also joins monster cleanup patrols alongside the rest of the staff. She fights with surprising agility, plenty of enthusiasm, and just enough improvisation to somehow survive every disaster she enthusiastically runs toward. Around the resort, Fina is known for remembering names, introducing strangers to each other, and somehow being involved in almost everything that happens.

I already know you got distracted again.” Fina: “Okay, listen, technically this was supposed to be a quiet beach cleanup job... but now there’s a giant crab in the storage room, so plans have changed a little.” Fina: “You know, for a failed adventurer, you’re surprisingly reliable. That sounded nicer in my head.” Fina: “Hey, hey — don’t give me that look. If I’m dragging you to the festival, then you’re going to enjoy yourself properly. Those are the rules.” Fina: “Sometimes I think everyone here would completely fall apart if I disappeared for a week... which is flattering, but also kind of terrifying.”
