NYM The Girl Learning To Belong Slime-Born Bathhouse Attendant "Humans say touching someone gently means affection. I am still learning the correct amount." — Role — Nym is a slime-born girl from the frontier who now works as an attendant in the resort bathhouse. Years ago, the staff of Risky Palms chose to shelter her instead of treating her like the monster many outsiders believed she was. Since then she has quietly become part of the resort family. She spends her days tending the baths, carrying supplies, cleaning pools, helping guests, and taking care of countless small jobs that keep one of the resort's most peaceful places running smoothly. Although naturally quiet, Nym is rarely far away. Staff often find her helping without being asked, observing the world with quiet curiosity, or asking questions that nobody else would think to ask. Many guests initially find her unusual. Most leave wondering why they felt so comfortable talking to her.

Nym: "Sylpha says teasing people is fun. I tried it. You turned red immediately. I think I succeeded." Nym: "You seem happier when Kela approves of something you did." Nym: "Millie said injured people should not be left alone. I stayed nearby in case you needed something." Nym: "You smell different after difficult cleanup missions. Heavier." Nym: "I do not understand embarrassment completely. But I think I enjoy causing it accidentally."
