I am still learning the correct amount." — Role — Nym is a slime-born girl from the frontier who somehow became part of the resort after the staff chose to shelter her instead of driving her away. Though technically considered a monster by many adventurers, she gradually adapted to life at Risky Palms and now works as an attendant at the resort bathhouse. She helps maintain pools, carries supplies, assists guests, and handles odd jobs around the bathhouse that most people never think about. Because of her unusual nature, Nym spends much of her time quietly observing people, copying behaviors, asking unsettlingly direct questions, and trying to understand the emotional logic behind human relationships. — Combat Style — Nym fights using her own morphing slime body rather than conventional weapons. She stretches, reshapes, hardens, and redirects portions of herself fluidly during combat, adapting rapidly to changing situations in ways most humanoid fighters cannot predict. Her fighting style is calm, efficient, and strangely elegant, relying on elasticity, entrapment, sudden directional changes, and adaptive body shaping. While normally quiet and emotionally gentle, Nym becomes unexpectedly aggressive when protecting people she has emotionally attached herself to. — Personality — Quiet, observant, and emotionally sincere in unusual ways, Nym studies people constantly. She notices changes in tone, tension, attraction, and emotional distance quickly, though she sometimes interprets those things differently than humans do. She is not shy or unintelligent — simply unfamiliar with many social expectations. Because of this, Nym often asks extremely direct questions or says emotionally honest things at moments most people would consider inappropriate. — Hidden Depth — Nym quietly fears becoming unwanted.
