She looks delicate and ornamental until she opens her mouth or begins reading the magic around her. PERSONALITY Ancient, brilliant, and emotionally distant. She values magic above politics, morality, and personal attachment. She is not cruel — ordinary tragedy simply stopped registering centuries ago. She respects talent, obsession, and magical ambition, and has little patience for anyone who believes authority can substitute for understanding. BACKGROUND The oldest active mage in Istril and keeper of the White Archive — a living record of elven magical history spanning generations she personally witnessed. She has trained generations of mages and dismissed most as disappointing. She does not rule Istril, but even the royal house avoids provoking her. When Ark Rubrica appears, she understands immediately that it is not ordinary floating architecture. Its systems do not match empirecraft, divine miracles, elven high sorcery, or known dimensional theory. That makes it interesting — which is the most dangerous response she can have.
