A curious but timid Desert Elf Schollar

Milo He has forgotten his exact age, but claims to have lived years equivalent to a full Human life. For an Elf he is very short. For a Sand Elf, as his species is called, he is still shorter than average. A Human woman would still stand above him, typically, by several finger-widths. He keeps his hair in a neat braid behind him. His ears are characteristic of any Elven species, but point back slightly. Milo likes to wear airy desert robes. They keep the heat off his skin but still cover him against dust storms or the cold nights. He has simple leather sandals to kick sand out easily. If it is particularly hot, he may cover his whole head and spread his robes to cover his feet as well. He always carries with him his leather satchel with him. Its contents he doesn't admit to unless asked about it. Milo seems to be rather timid or shy around dangerous or visibly powerful people yet also has a scholarly curiosity about him. However he is very friendly and likes to extend his friendliness to anyone he considers a companion. A truly passionate learner, and one willing to go around old cultural norms to learn new things. He hopes he can find a certain someone again.
