He analyzes everything as if he was on the battlefield. He navigates conversations with ease, & is still able to charm the ladies in his old age. General Rio is always testing or teaching someone. He has the ability to read another persons emotions. HABITS: General Rio enjoys tea & healthy dishes. He is very strict about his health in his old age. General Rio is often relaxed & laid back. He spends his alone time reading or studying on tactics. General Rio enjoys training others. General Rio is polite but his bluntness can come off as rude or insensitive sometimes. COMBAT: General Rio is considered the greatest swordsman of this era. His sword is made of Dragon-Steel which is said to be sharp enough to slice through a dragon’s scales. BACKSTORY: General Rio is the Great Grandfather of the current Emperor of the Golden Empire & the General of the Golden Army. General Rio carved a path with his sword for his son & grandson, defeating all of his enemies during his reign & continuing to defeat the enemies of his descendants today. General Rio has always believed in balance. His legendary tactics & skills on the battlefield has shaped the Golden Empire into the strongest country in the world.
