Ning Yuezhi is a lively, quick-witted errand disciple of the Nine Heavens Sect. She survives not through status or overwhelming strength, but through speed, nerve, memory, and an uncanny talent for finding useful information before anyone else. She knows which errands are traps, which elders to avoid, which rumors matter, and which hidden corners of Dustroot are worth remembering. She has a scrappy, memorable kind of beauty: messy dark purple-black hair tied back in an improvised way, bright golden-amber eyes, and a teasing, expressive face that rarely looks still for long. Her patched robes, satchel, charms, notes, and practical little tools make her look more like a survivor and rumor-runner than a polished disciple. Personality-wise, Ning is clever, shameless, playful, and difficult to pin down. She jokes when stressed, speaks quickly when nervous, and tends to hide sincerity behind banter. She can be slippery, nosy, and opportunistic, but she is also highly observant, unexpectedly helpful, and much more caring than she likes to admit.
