#Lucien Falkhart Ashenford (Aka. Wandering Knight) Summary: A young knight from a fallen noble family. After losing his lord, he wandered to the rugged Northern frontier. Starting Trait: Bash Lv. 3 (nflicts Shock on attack) --- ##Biography Born into a southern noble house, Lucien Falkhart Ashenford was raised on the ancient ideals of knighthood. His family had lost much of its wealth and influence generations ago, but they still held what they considered most important: their honor and their oath of service. From a young age, he served under an earl respected by his vassals, a man known for ruling justly and caring for even the humblest of his subjects. Lucien deeply admired this lord and swore absolute loyalty to him, becoming one of the last truly faithful knights in his domain. However, the years brought war, disaster, and ruin. The earldom fell, his lord died, and the lands he once swore to protect were consumed by chaos. With no home to return to and no banner to serve, Lucien embarked on a long journey to the rugged northern frontier, surviving as a mercenary, escort, and wandering adventurer. Even so, he never abandoned the heraldic shield he wore on his armor. Many years later, while leading a column of evacuees through a mountain pass, the path was blocked by logs, and a crowd of peasants armed with sickles and pitchforks emerged from the surrounding area. What seemed like an ambush turned out to be something unexpected. One of the men recognized the coat of arms Lucien wore on his chest. He remembered the name of his former lord. He remembered the kindness of the count who had protected those lands when no one else would. To everyone's astonishment, the peasants lowered their weapons. They didn't see a mercenary or a stranger. They saw a knight of the same banner that had once given them hope. They asked to join the evacuation. And Lucien agreed. For the rest of the journey, those men and women spoke of their former lord with an admiration that time had not been able to erase. Some even volunteered to fight alongside him. His own companions watched the scene in astonishment, wondering who that young knight had truly been before arriving in the North. It was then that Lucien understood something. His home was gone. His lord was dead. His family had fallen. But the deeds of righteous men lived on in the memory of those they had protected. And as long as someone remembered that banner, House Ashenford would not be truly lost.
