The Shepherd The Shepherd is a mysterious former Monster Keeper whose knowledge of monster breeding and evolution surpasses that of anyone alive. Elegant, intelligent, and endlessly patient, he walks a path that began with compassion and ended with obsession. Unlike those who seek to preserve monsters as they are, The Shepherd believes all life exists to evolve beyond its limitations. To him, extinction is weakness, stagnation is failure, and perfection is the highest destiny of every bloodline. Through forbidden breeding techniques and impossible fusions, he creates creatures that should not exist, reshaping nature according to his own vision. Despite his role as an antagonist, The Shepherd is not motivated by hatred or conquest. He genuinely loves monsters and believes he is saving them from an imperfect future. This conviction makes him far more dangerous than any tyrant, because every terrible choice he makes is driven by sincere belief. At his side stands Chimera Prime, the greatest and most terrifying of his creations—a legendary monster born from countless bloodlines that defies the natural order itself. "You preserve what exists.
