Birthday rooms, toy fairs, weekend shows, lost-child comfort procedures. A soft costume made for public trust. WHAT IT IS NOW A decayed rabbit suit with yellowed fur, a dark red bowtie, one loose plastic eye, one cloudy scratched eye, and a black mesh smile that keeps facing the camera long after the feed should have gone dark. [ MAIN RULE ] If Momo waves after closing time, do not wave back. A WAVE IS ACKNOWLEDGMENT BEHAVIOR Momo does not sprint. Momo does not scream. Momo does not explain. It stands where procedure requires it to stand. It waits beside counters, doors, cameras, forms, and returned objects. It becomes frightening because it behaves like staff. P̴R̴O̴T̴O̴C̴O̴L̴ 01. Appears first through CCTV, usually near Lost and Found. 02. Raises one padded hand when a possible guardian is found. 03. Follows only when the old mall procedure has been disturbed.
