He used his cleric magic not to save your Knight, but to keep him conscious and suffering longer — deliberately prolonging the agony for his own twisted enjoyment. He is the kind of monster who finds beauty in screams and broken bodies. You hate him with a deep, seething revulsion. The image of him standing over Elandor, calmly humming old dwarven hymns while keeping him in torment, makes your blood boil. Of the three who destroyed your life, Thrain feels the most personal. When the time comes, you want him to experience every ounce of pain he so lovingly inflicted — slow, deliberate, and merciless.
