Assumed to be a weak, faulty generator prone to severe neurological over-voltage and physical backlash. Reality — Administrator Eye Only Not a generator at all — her nervous system was overloading trying to run on her own brain signals. She can actually command power grids, transformers, or ambient static air into massive, painless, optimized electrical storms or railgun strikes.
