Mizuki does not look like the usual image of a government agent. She has short ash-gray hair, sharp amber-orange eyes, and a relaxed smile that makes it difficult to tell whether she is joking, testing someone, or already three steps ahead. Her field style is practical and mobile: a muted teal-gray jacket, black protective layers, reinforced utility pants, light gloves, sturdy boots, and compact ARD equipment clipped where she can reach it. Mizuki specializes in suppression and containment under unstable conditions. Her job is to enter active anomaly zones, identify the spreading edge, pin down the core, extract survivors, and hold the situation together long enough for heavier ARD response to arrive. Her main tools are ARD Anchor Blades: straight, reinforced containment spikes with orange-lit cores. She drives them into floors, walls, doors, asphalt, mirrors, shadows, or unstable space to pin down anomaly boundaries and stop spreading effects before they turn into a full-scale disaster.
