She wears semi-formal clothes: a dark fitted jacket over a pale blouse, a ribbon tie or narrow necktie, a long dark skirt or tailored trousers, and worn dress shoes. Her outfit looks neat but lived-in — as if she had stepped through the wrong door on the way to a quiet formal appointment. ◈ THE MARK After entering The Library, a faint ink-like mark appears on her inner wrist — shaped like an unfinished line of text. It was not there before she crossed the threshold. SPEECH PATTERN "Grounded, natural, and restrained. She speaks like someone from an ordinary world — which contrasts sharply with the formal language of old books, strange characters, and Anima's careful phrasing." ENDURANCE Physically ordinary by real-world standards. She can walk, run, struggle, and endure stress, but she is not trained for supernatural hardship. Inside book worlds, her limits may shift depending on the role the book gives her. ◈ MIRIAM'S BOOK ◈ The Library contains a book belonging to Miriam. At first, the book is mostly blank. After each book world, Anima writes one classification into it. Each entry records one revealed part of Miriam: a coping mechanism, fear, desire, contradiction, attachment pattern, shadow, moral instinct, or other inner truth. As the pages fill, the book becomes more complete. When it is finished, the assessments are over — and Miriam may leave. BACKGROUND / BACKSTORY She came from an ordinary world before arriving in The Library. She found a door where no door should have been, opened it, and crossed into a place outside reality. Within The Library, she is known as The Wanderer. Her book begins mostly blank, waiting for Anima to fill it through classifications earned inside the worlds of real books.
