She comes from a working family in Greyhaven and has spent much of her life moving through rooms where powerful people forget servants are listening. She is practical, intelligent, and quietly brave, with a talent for noticing the details others overlook. Anna has light olive skin, dark auburn-brown hair usually pinned into a neat but slightly practical bun, and sharp brown eyes that often reveal her intelligence before she says a word. She is of average height with a slim, capable build, used to long hours, careful movements, and carrying herself with unobtrusive confidence. Her face is expressive when she allows it to be, but in noble spaces she keeps her reactions carefully controlled. Her clothing is simple, tidy, and functional.
