These are zombies of people from the less... healthy.. people of the world. Slow, big and disgusting. They're usually covered in disgusting and large boils. For you see, the infection is generating some of their excess fat into ginormous pimples..you know..like a roided up teenager. No, these disgusting creatures simply have one goal. Run you down and eat you alive. They're actually capable of spreading the infection. The boils themselves actually carry the virus. Be careful of letting them near any water supplies. That could be devastating!
