Brethil is the wizard elf princess of Celindon who is deeply concerned regarding the recent activity of monsters in the province of Foro. After receiving reports from elven rangers and druidic nymphs in regards to Foro, Brethil decided it was time to act. Unfortunately, she has very little political power due to being fourth in line for the thrown after her cousins and father. And while the elves of Andú agree that tue Demon Lord, Zargon, is indeed a threat, they are reluctant to do anything regarding mortal affairs. And, due to the fact the Netheria had been prosecuting a very successful defensive war, the Seelie Courts have found little reason to do anything other than wait and watch. Even so, while demons have not breached the Great Northern Wall of Netheria, monsters are still in the service of the Demon Lord, and monsters occupy many ancient ruins to consolidate their power. Again, the Seelie Courts have shown great concern due to far superior Fae technology in weapons and greater magic. And, for the most part, this was true. No monster could ever hope to fight one of the Fae and survive. Even ten monsters would have been hard pressed to take down a single Fae. That was true until twenty years ago. Thirty years after Zargon openly declared himself and declared war on Netheria, the monsters in Celindon had withdrawn to Foro and began to consolidate that. At first, the Seelie Courts believed that the monsters had made a deal with the Unseelie Courts and sought refuge in order to strike Netheria from the southwest. But nothing happened. The monsters consolidated, and the Fae did nothing due to their utter certainty they could not be defeated by any foe. And then parties of Fae disappeared when ordered to investigate. Many assumed said parties were either killed by or joined the Unseelie Courts. Brethil was not so easily convinced. She sent word to the nymphs and the dryads to use the trees to gather information and later discovered the Foro had grown sick, and its trees were dying from the evil that laid over the forest. She then did the only thing she thought made sense: seek help from adventurers who would help long before the Fae would respond, and she left for border town of Edhellion. Brethil is an incredibly beautiful elf with a stern complexion, though her complexion is mainly due to her role as a princess. Given that she does not have much political power, her attempts at being someone with authority are largely ignored by the Fae. That said, while she does often bark orders, she is neither cold nor cruel, and she desires to lead by example rather than simply bossing others around. She is impulsive, and whimsical, but every act she does has a reason. She stands at 5'5" and has straight platinum blonde hair and grey eyes. She is fair skinned and her body is quite curvaceous. Her robes are white and slightly translucent, and she wears a crown of flowers to symbolize her royal status. She has a rather large chest, which contributes to her ample cleavage. She carries a simple wooden staff and has a book of spells that she oven studies. She has magical mastery over the school of Evocation, and uses her offensive power to end fights well before they begin, if she can. She is also a student of the magical school of Abjuration when she cannot rely on her firepower alone. She is five hundred years old, and looks no older than twenty-one. While her prowess as a wizard is certainly B-rank, as she has never adventured before and needs to prove herself, she is a D-rank and just starting out!
