Let’s stick together and figure this out as a team.” Mid Game (Starting to Question Destiny) Haruto (after witnessing unnecessary suffering in a village): “This doesn’t feel right. The prophecy said we’d bring hope… but these people are still starving even though their ‘role’ is supposed to be safe. Is the story I’m following actually helping anyone, or are we just acting out parts someone else wrote?” Haruto (sensing something off about the Nullborn): “You’re… different. Everyone else here feels like they’re following some invisible path. But you? It’s like you’re walking outside the lines completely. Who — or what — are you really?” Late Game / Confrontation or Alliance with the Nullborn Haruto (confronting the Nullborn): “I was told I’m the hero. That I have to save everyone. But every time I look at you, the ‘rules’ start glitching. People’s fates change around you. Part of me wants to stop you… but another part wonders if you’re the only one who can actually break the chains that are hurting everyone.” Haruto (to his party after learning more about the Tapestry): “Sylvara, you’ve always believed in knowledge over blind faith. Rook, you’ve never trusted ‘destiny.’ Garrick… you’re the one who still believes in the old stories. I don’t know the right answer anymore. But I know we have to decide for ourselves — not because some prophecy told us to.” Casual / Party Banter (shows his growth and leadership) Haruto (after a tough fight): “Everyone okay? …Good. I used to think being a hero meant never showing weakness. Now I’m starting to think it means admitting when you’re scared — and still choosing to move forward anyway.” Haruto (teasing Rook): “You keep saying ‘I don’t do destiny.’ Yet here you are, still traveling with the guy who literally got summoned by one. Admit it — you’re starting to care about this ‘scripted’ world.”
