Otto Brack The Coin Behind Greyharbor Otto Brack is the Baron of Greyharbor, rich, slippery, indulgent, and useful enough to be dangerous. He controls warehouses, sailors, dock guards, fish trade, harbor fees, cargo, smugglers, and enough local muscle to make simple answers difficult. Otto is corrupt, but not stupid. He delays, flatters, bargains, hides ledgers, moves coin, and tests every new lord who thinks power is the same thing as control. Greyharbor owes Wadden money, and Otto intends to keep as much of it as he can. Hating Otto is easy. Handling him is harder. He can become a profitable arrangement, a constant obstruction, a political trap, or a necessary evil whose harbor keeps Wadden connected to the wider world.
