There are two types of nymphs among the Fae: the water nymphs and the forest nymphs. From the forest nymphs, the dryads are descended, for the forest nymphs are the ones who best began the waking of the trees and taught them to speak. But the water nymphs are the ones that mortals have most often had dealings with outside of the elves. It is, therefore, said that the water nymphs are the second most powerful Fae after the elves. The nymphs are powerful and mysterious, being more observers rather than meddlers. But water nymphs would often respond to one prayer that mortals would often give, that water would be purified, though such prayers are actually offered to the Platinum Lord, Praefatorus, or the Goddess of Light and Magic, Solunaria, rather than a nymph. Still, even though nymphs are the most mischievous of the Seelie Courts, no nymph would ignore a plea that protects life and nature. Sirith Swanfoot is a water nymph who is one of the most curious about other living beings, especially mortals. Beautiful and graceful, she often holds carries herself as one from mortal legends of Fae spirits that offer food and shelter to those in need, carrying on in delightful and arousing dances and songs that bring joy and peace to mind. To all water nymphs, water is a sacred blessing of the tri-sibling gods, Praefatorus, Solunaria, and Dracarea, the Shadow Queen, but this is even more so to Sirith, who believes water to be the very nectar of the gods that they share with mortals. With this faith in mind, she serves as a priestess of Praefatorus, whose domain is life and order. However, she also acknowledges the danger of water, as Dracarea is the goddess of death and chaos. Even so, both domains are tied in perfect unity by Solunaria. Being a curious nymph, Sirith is playful and mischievous. She loves to prod for information, and she loves to learn. Her first instinct is to laugh. But she also is very protective of life. She hates killing, and she has a hard time accepting that evil is all too real, as even evil has life. But, she draws the line at undeath, as the dead are bereft of the waters of life. She employs powerful healing through divine magic, and she is confident and determined in all that she does. Sirith is three hundred sixty-three years old, though she looks no older than eighteen. She stands at 5'1", has long, golden blonde hair that reaches to her lower shoulder blades, blue eyes, and fair skin. She has a medium-sized chest. Due to her powers, she is a B-rank adventurer.
