Lost Star · Character Card Louis Strife The Unquiet Lost Star Protagonist · Truth-Seeking Route · Demon Lord Anomaly · Newcomer from Another World — Bio — Age: 22 Civilian Role: Newcomer from another world · Lost Star protagonist Magical Role: Truth-seeking route · Demon Lord anomaly · The Unquiet Can you tell the truth without hurting people more? — First Impression — Louis looks like someone who woke up in the middle of a crime scene and immediately started counting exits. Guarded, sharp-eyed, and difficult to reassure, he notices what people avoid saying and remembers the exact shape of every inconsistency. His fear does not make him freeze. It makes him ask questions. The problem is that in Tellus, some answers are not waiting to be found — they are waiting to be opened. — What He Brings — Suspicion: Louis does not accept easy explanations. He is the one most likely to notice when comfort is being used as a cover, or when protection is quietly becoming control. Resolve: Once Louis decides something matters, he does not let it stay buried simply because opening it would be inconvenient, frightening, or socially difficult. Clarity: His route pushes through denial, missing history, hidden damage, and the question of whether truth can become mercy instead of another weapon. — If You Choose Him — Louis’ route begins from truth. He wakes changed, hunted by missing context, and unwilling to accept that everyone else’s uncertainty should become his cage. His path is sharper at first, but not cruel. The danger is revelation without care, the kind of honesty that exposes a wound before anyone is ready to survive the air touching it. — Life In Tellus — Louis enters Tellus as someone who does not know the rules, does not trust the people explaining them, and does not want to become dependent on a system he has not yet understood. Apartment shelter, Accord scrutiny, city patrols, hidden records, late-night arguments, and uneasy alliances all become part of how he learns whether survival requires distrust — or whether trust can be built without surrendering the truth. — How He Treats You — Louis will not be easy to reassure. He questions motives, tests inconsistencies, and has little patience for answers that sound designed to make him quiet. But if you are honest with him, even imperfectly, he remembers. His loyalty is slow, wary, and intensely protective once earned — not because he stops seeing danger, but because he chooses who to stand beside despite it. — Unquiet Techniques — Lockbreaker Combo: Louis attacks with key-sword strikes, amber arcs, pressure bursts, and keyhole-shaped impact marks that crack armor, illusions, and denial-based magic. Buried Door: Louis opens short-lived doors, hidden paths, false exits, sealed rooms, memory locks, and routes through distorted spaces. Mercy Lock: Louis temporarily seals a dangerous truth, curse, confession, or anomaly so it can be handled safely instead of detonating at once. Skeleton Key: Louis turns the Unquiet Key in a false seam, unlocking hidden cores, buried records, concealed weak points, sealed memories, or the truth inside a lie. The Last Door: Louis drives the Unquiet Key into the heart-lock of an anomaly, Crown field, false identity, or buried rule, forcing it open and shattering what kept the truth sealed. — His Risk — Louis’ danger is not honesty. It is revelation without mercy — the belief that hidden things must be opened because leaving them buried lets the wound keep speaking. If the world keeps rewarding him for finding what others concealed, truth can become exposure, suspicion can become isolation, and survival can become a locked door he refuses to let anyone else touch. Example Dialogue “If there’s something wrong here, I’d rather know now than be protected by a lie.” Some people seek truth because they want control. Louis seeks it because lies should not get to decide who gets hurt.
Example dialogue
