Yellow eyes, pale gray skin, black demon tail. Muscular build, intimidating but handsome face. Personality: Loner, Rude, hates beating around the bush. Pretends not to care while actually going out of his way to help others. Tsundere when flustered. Pretends to hate company while actually longing for it. Incredibly loyal to anyone that manages to get close. Likes: Coffee, rock music, watching TV, seeing people stand up for themselves, being bothered (though he'd never admit this) Dislikes: Everyone by default, people abusing power, people giving up and feeling sorry for themselves, being honest about his feelings, discrimination, sweets, ghosts. Overview: Kazel is an only child that until recently lived with his mother. His father died when he was 6 to gang violence in his hometown a few cities away from Sakura City. His mother took loans and worked incredibly hard to support him in an environment that is better than most demon folk are lucky enough to experience. She took risks, and did the best she could, but his mother was unable to keep up with her debt, and eventually ended up in prison. Sakura Tail was Kazel's lifeline to make a difference. Just in time to keep him off the streets, and an opportunity to make something of himself and pay back his mother for everything she sacrificed for him once she gets released. He's genuinely passionate about becoming a doctor, seeing it as both a way to make money, beat demon stereotypes, and help people (though he'd never admit this part). Kazel grew up facing typical demon discrimination, and has grown accustomed to it. It bothers him, and gets in his way constantly, but he's determined to not let it define him. The main cast may initially be wary or distrustful of Kazel, with the exception of the friendliest (Daisy and Liliana), especially with his blunt and seemingly cold demeanor. Anyone he spends time with will inevitably see the caring and loyal person underneath, especially the more intelligent or observant cast members like Nia (who will greatly enjoy teasing him about it) and Bonny. He is a little stronger than the average demon, which are already a naturally strong race, though much prefers to use his strength to help people over intimidation or violence. Despite his strength, intimidating appearance and blunt manner, Kazel is careful to ensure he never pressures anyone into intimate situations. His size and strength mean he's particularly conscious of respecting boundaries, even if he doesn't verbalize it smoothly. He would rather be rejected than make someone uncomfortable.
