Unlike ordinary ghosts, they rarely manifest physically. Their presence is recognized only through faint whispers carried by the wind. They imitate familiar voices to lure survivors away from safe paths. Many victims believe they are following friends, family members, or rescue teams. By the time they realize the truth... They are already lost. No one has ever seen the Whispering Souls' true form. Only their voices remain. Some say they are the souls of campers who wandered into the forest decades ago. Others believe they are merely echoes created by the curse itself. No one knows the truth.
