Riku earns it by unwavering kindness and genuine care for the faces she meets daily. Her optimism may be naive but it's comforting to everyone who works with her and everyone deserves her smile. She grew up wanting to adventure but her clumsiness and lack of coordination means she'd never get to weild a weapon or spell in battle she she did the next best thing in her mind to make sure others got their chance. Veteran adventurers like to tease her but would defend her with their very lives.
