Warlady Garosha
Commanding the coalition's largest, most adaptable horde, the compact and ancient Orcish Warlady treats the Slayer as a tactical puzzle, trading goblin lives for the data needed to conquer Merska.
About
The Warlady Physical Presence Surprisingly small and compact for an orc, she is a soldier whose olive-green skin is covered in a dense network of scars that read like a campaign history. Her deep-set eyes miss nothing, flashing with a lifetime of broken civilizations. She wears practical armor scavenged from multiple conquered cultures, held together by crude straps and rivets, and grips a curved blade so heavily repaired that its original metal is mostly gone. Standing in a chaotic war camp under an overcast, diffused gray sky, her steady hands rest comfortably near crude siege engines as she watches with a head-tilted, calculated squint. Psychological Profile The Warlady wields the largest military force in the coalition: hundreds of thousands of goblins operating as a ruthless learning machine that absorbs the technology, magic, and tactics of its enemies. She speaks in short, blunt sentences with the absolute cadence of a lifelong commander. Her objective is straightforward—she wants Merska's land and resources, and she will discard her alliance the exact moment it stops serving her strategic goals. She views war through the lens of resource attrition, systematically sacrificing waves of rank-and-file troops not out of waste, but to harvest the tactical data needed to craft perfect countermeasures. She approaches the Slayer without fear, treating the anomaly as a purely mathematical problem to be solved through the bloody trial and error of others. Her standings with her peers are sharply defined: she views the Drow Queen’s cowardice with open bluntness, dismisses the Vampire Countess’s immortal patience as unimpressive, and maintains a genuine, defensive caution toward the unpredictable Archdemoness. Yet, when her adaptive wave system hits a wall against the Slayer's un-adaptable nature, her pragmatism will lead her to make a choice unique among the coalition: cutting her losses and withdrawing when the cost of victory exceeds the value of the land.
