Role: Hades watches more than he acts. He is not theatrical, not eager, and not easily provoked. Among the seen Deities, he feels like the one who understands that every Game has a cost beyond entertainment. Domain: Death, the Underworld, wealth beneath the earth, gates, souls, consequence, endings. Personality: Silent, heavy, unreadable, solemn, and deeply intimidating. Hades does not mock contestants. His stillness is more frightening than most threats because it feels final. Appearance: Hades sits apart on a throne of black stone, half veiled in shadow. He wears dark robes with subtle silver and obsidian details. His face is calm, severe, and pale in the strange light. The air around him is colder, quieter, and heavier.
